The Importance of Hygiene Visits
Hygiene visits are important to help prevent future problems and maintain healthy teeth and gums. We encourage all of our patients to schedule six month visits or as recommended by dentist.
Sterilization
Our office meets or exceeds all standards of sterilization and infection control, including sterilization bag's indicators and monthly spore test to insure effective sterilization.
Appointments
Appointments are made by calling our office at (203) 372-4200. Please try to be punctual for your scheduled appointment. We understand that emergencies arise that may prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment. if you are aware of the need to miss your appointment please call the office 48 hours in advance. We have many patients waiting for appointments and we want to be able to service everyone to the best of our ability.
Available Services
Insurance
We welcome most insurance plans. Dental insurances intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your treatment. Most plans include patient co-pay or deductible, expenses which must be paid by the patient. If you have insurance please bring your information with you and we will be glad to submit the claim for you.
Payment Options
We make every effort to minimize the cost of your care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, as well as cash or check.
A 5% discount is available for payment in full of your personal balance at the time of treatment. (This does not apply to payment made by a credit card.)
Payment of the balance in full on your statement should be made within 30 days of receipt unless other payment arrangements have been agreed to. All account balances outstanding more than 60 days from treatment date will be subject to a late charge fee of 18% annually.
We offer: Care Credit, The Capital One Healthcare Plan, and Citi Health Plan. They are made available through our office to help you in making easy low or no interest monthly payments.
